The role:
As a Customer Support Agent for 2020, you will be a key member of the team offering expert technical support combined with exceptional customer service to our valued clients using a range of the 2020 suite of products. Utilizing your expert communication and customer services skills, you will take inbound calls and help clients navigate through their software and resolve any issues.
 
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to customers over the phone
· Troubleshoot software issues, handle and resolve customer requests for assistance
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Daily call tracking and monitoring of customer contacts
· In depth research and ensure customer follow-ups
 
Requirements:
· Prior experience as a technical support agent will be a strong asset
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a “Call Center” type Customer Service environment; specifically, in software, hardware, telecommunications or related fields
· Our ideal candidate will be responsible and looking for a career, not simply a job
· Customer service orientation with exceptional communication
· Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills
· Excellent knowledge of the Windows environment and operating systems
· Prior training in interior design or on 3D design software is a definite asset
