Reporting directly to the Vice President Factory Products, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of our manufacturing software sales activities for North Americas. Using your strong negotiation and persuasion skills, you will generate new business, build solid sales pipelines and bring sales deals successful to close. You will also provide exceptional customer support within existing key accounts. 2020 is a leader in its space.   • Managing key client accounts to achieve and exceed assigned revenue objectives
  • Responsible for strategic account planning and execution within North America
  • Own the opportunity from inception to deal close, you will be responsible for deal strategy, customer interfacing and relationship building, crafting the proposal, pricing and ultimately the successful negotiations and deal completion with the customer
  • Cold calling and lead generation with the intent to build a strong sales pipelines
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions
  • Use CRM to document and maintain sales records
  • Remain knowledgeable of company's solutions to facilitate sales efforts
  • Attend industry tradeshows such as KBIS
  • 5+ years relevant software sales experience (ERP)
  • additional experience in the furniture manufacturing industry would be a major advantage 
  • must have prior experience generating new business and key accounts
  • comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
  • proven track record with meeting and exceeding established sales targets
  • must possess strong business acumen
  • confident and engaging with exceptional communication skills
  • excellent negotiator and very tenacious with a strong sense of integrity
  • team spirit and very good sense of collaboration are a must have
  • must have flexibility to travel and should be available to attend industry events when needed
