Catalog Creation Manager

The role:

2020 Technologies is looking for a resource to enhance the Customer Experience when implementing “End to End” solutions.

The role would require you to engage with the customer first to assess the product offering. After understanding the offering, it would be expected to offer advise if necessary to modernize it with consideration to how the full solution will react.

At the point you have the product offering structure agreed on passing the information precisely to both Catalog Creation Teams via standardized documentation.

This Role is part of the Insight Professional Services team and will be involved in all projects that involve 2020 Design and 2020 Insight.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Customers Product Manager, Point of Sale Designer, 2020 Design Catalog Creation Team and Insight implementation team.
  • Will manage the product setup aspect of the ERP Project.
  • Understand our customers product offering in efforts to streamline implementation manufacturing ultimately the end to end solution.
  • Understand limitations and strengths of each catalog in efforts to capture the strengths and avoid the limitations.
  • Stand between the entities to tie them together:

Customer – Advise on evolution of their product if necessary. Be sure to advise when strategies are not going to be as flexible as they could be for their customers.

  • Ease of 2020 Catalog use for end user.
  • Product Offering.
  • Structure of Catalogs.
  • Pricing Models.
  • 2020 Design Catalog Team.
  • Provide transparency of customer’s needs and desire.
  • If necessary, provide a transition plan from current to future to avoid wasted efforts and struggle.
  • Precise instruction.

Our requirements:

Professional experience in Cabinet/Closet Design (2 years minimum);

  • ideally 2020 Design Catalog Creation (2 years).
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Excel.
  • Basic project management.
  • Communication skills (Written and Spoken).
  • Creative solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
