2020 + Compusoft are seeking an ambitious, high achiever with a passion for marketing through technology to lead on their rapidly growing Window and Door (W&D) division. The marketing manager will be tasked with creating and implementing an array of highly targeted, multi-channel Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs and tactics that drive demand, generate awareness, and create and accelerate the pipeline of prospects. You will be motivated by meeting and exceeding measurable result targets and always thinking of innovative ideas to accelerate your marketing campaigns.

You will join a growing W&D marketing team and work with a central digital marketing team of specialists, who will support SEM, social, content and email automation channels. There will also be the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other global marketing teams focused on our Kitchen, Bath and Furniture products to grow your knowledge and career.

  • Design and execute compelling ABM marketing programs to build awareness, engage key contacts, generate opportunities and accelerate the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to determine key industry segments, relevant content to offer and campaign tactics to deploy.
  • Apply various marketing tactics including email, advertising, social media and in-person events.
  • Drive the creation of relevant, targeted content to generate leads and create nurture campaigns.
  • Communicate all campaign plans, activities, and feedback through regular communication and follow-up with the marketing and sales organization.
  • Track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of programs and campaigns.
  • Work with product management to launch products and a go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with the wider W&D and central digital marketing teams to create assets and deliver campaigns.


  • BA or BS in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B tech campaign marketing and demand generation.
  • Experience working closely with the sales team members and sales leadership to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
