Position Summary:
2020 Technologies is seeking a temporary Manager for our IT Support team for a 15 month contract starting in July 2022. This person will manage a globally distributed team that provides support for all internal personnel. The team’s mission is to provide support for staff to allow them to meet organizational goals and deliver world-class outcomes for our clients.
The team will accomplish this mission by empowering our users with great communication, robust security, effective tools, and supportive collaboration. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is able to adapt to our growing organization.
This role is a full-time opportunity, but open to part-time consideration.

Keeping an eye on tickets and escalating tickets when needed, reviewing expiring contracts, placing new orders (computers, accessories, software, etc.) while keeping an eye on budget, supporting, and mentoring the team, keeping track of projects, advancements, and individual goals, working with HR and the IT team globally on new hires or departures.
